Kick Butt Blues this Friday and announcing a special edition of KBB next Thursday

Kick Butt Blues will be bluesing your world this coming Friday, Jun 27th, from 9PM until 1AM or until they kick us out. DJ Blu-Ray, dj st. Patrick and special guest Elizabeth Whitney from College Station will be playing the tunes so you get your dance fix. Elizabeth is joining us because of popular demand after her premiere as a Blues DJ last Friday at GoDance.

The last several KBB dances have been well attended. Let’s keep it up. Tell your friends, tell your enemies. Bring them out. New blues dancers are always welcome. Let’s spread the Blues gospel throughout Austin.

As always, do not forget that Kick Butt Coffee has a full range of beverages, hot and cold, as well as a full bar. At the last KBB, there were custom gourmet pizzas available for purchase as well as other food options. The rumor is that more pizzas will be available this week. Show Kick Butt Coffee your love for letting us run such an awesome event and take extra good care of Brandy (Barkeep, Barista, and all around Kick Butt Goddess).

Thursday NIGHT, July 3rd from 12:30AM until 3:00AM and maybe later, we are bringing you a special late night KBB. Austin Blues Party is coming and with all the out of towners coming in that evening as well as all the locals that don’t work that Friday, we thought we should keep dancing until we drop. Join us after the Syndicate Fed dance (where there will be a Blues Room) and dance your butt off. We will bring you some of the best DJs from around the country that night, so stay tuned for details…

… oh, and did we mention? This special KBB will be FREE for everyone.
